*The Giants lost for the second time in as many games and have started 0-2 in consecutive seasons for the first time since 1995-96.
*The Giants are 2-3 in MetLife Stadium home openers and have lost their last three in a row, to Dallas, Denver and Arizona. They are 49-38-3 overall in home openers.

MISTAKES SEND THE GIANTS INTO THE LOSS COLUMN AGAIN

The oldest no-no in football at any level is… If you turn the ball over, regardless of your opponent, you will most likely lose.
The Giants coughed up the ball in key situations all afternoon against the Arizona Cardinals, who were playing without starting quarterback Carson Palmer.
The result was a 25-14 loss that left Big Blue with a 0-2 record to start the season.
