USA’s Phil Pfister will be in lineup at this year’s Arnold Classic

As first reported on footballstories.com, six-time defending Arnold Classic Champion Zydrunas Savickas Of Lithuania has decided to skip this year’s Arnold.

In addition to taking off time for himself, Savickas has started the process of entering a political career in Lithuania.

Also, Savickas has agreed via email to get involved in civil action against IFSA (International Federation of Strength Athletes)  the organization that abandoned over 25,000 pounds of strongman equipment and the $63,000.00 in freight charges to a Philadelphia freight forwarder after the 2007 IFSA World Championships in Seoul, South Korea.

The civil action also includes the prize money promised the athletes and never paid. Only the athletes who commit to the legal action are entitled to any compensation.
